创新教学研讨班的构建意义

改革开放的进一步深入,加大了对创新人才的需求。因此,如何培养具有高素质的创新型人才显得尤为重要。但是部分高校依旧对大学生采取灌输式教学方式,这在一定程度上忽视了对大学生创新能力的培养。本论文的研究主要分为三个部分。第一部分主要介绍创新的提出背景。第二部分主要是概括国外研讨班的实施情况。第三部分则是介绍我国实行创新研讨班的意义及其实现方式。通过本文的研究,将进一步培养当代大学生的创新能力,推动创新型人才的培养,进而完善我国的高等教育。

Meaning of Constructing Innovative Teaching Seminars

With the reform and opening up further depending,it increases the demand for innovative talent.Therefore,how to cultivate innovative talent with high-quality is particularly important.Some colleges and universities still take instill teaching method which neglects the cultivation of students’ innovative ability to a certain extent.This thesis is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the background of innovation.The second part is to summarize the implementation of foreign seminars.The third part describes the significance of implementing innovative seminars in China and its implementation way.This study will further develop the innovative capacity of the contemporary college students,and promote the cultivation of innovative talents,and thus improve our higher education.
