摘    要:政府绩效评估是近年来政府管理领域备受关注的主题。但传统的政府绩效评估在评估的价值取向、评估主体、评估指标设计以及评估结果使用等方面仍缺乏顾客维度的关怀。文章对此问题进行研究,提出构建顾客维度的政府绩效评估体系的设想,并在分析其意义与可行性的基础上提出系统的可操作性建议。

Abstract:The government performance measurement is the theme of the area of government concern in recent years,but traditional theories still are lack the care of customer dimension in the selection of values,assessment of the main,the design of indicators,and the use of assessment of results and so on.Therefore,the reform of government performance evaluation must be based on customer dimension.
