| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨了如何提高施工企业的工程项目经济效益的一些方法,首先对施工企业的工程项目、项目成本管理的相关概念、目标成本的确定方法、项目成本的控制原则、成本控制以及成本控制的过程,然后为施工企业提高工程项目经济效益提出了一些方法和措施,主要从组织、技术、经济、合同四个方面做了研究。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the methods on how to improve the economic benefit of project for construction enterprise.First,it describes the related concept of engineering project and cost control,the determination of target cost,control principle of project cost,cost control,and the process of cost control,and then puts forward some methods and measures on improving economic benefit of project for construction enterprise from organization,economy,technology,and contract. |
