摘    要:基于ANSYS的参数化APDL编程语言,对圆柱齿轮副齿根弯曲应力参数化有限元分析技术进行了研究并开发了应用宏程序,利用VC界面开发语言进行了封装,实现了圆柱齿轮副实体建模、有限元建模、加载及求解的全过程参数化。输入圆柱齿轮副的结构参数与工况参数,系统可自动实现齿轮副的齿根弯曲应力分析。仿真实例表明,采用本文方法进行圆柱齿轮齿根弯曲应力分析,可以大大提高计算效率,克服现有分析方法的不足。

Abstract:The Parametric FEA Technology of tooth root bending stress for cylindrical gear was researched and corresponding application program was developed based on the APDL programming language of ANSYS.User interface of the software was designed by VC language.The whole process for calculating the tooth root bending stress of cylindrical gear from solid modeling,finite element modeling to loading and solving can be automatically performed by this program.Simulation example shows that this method can overcome the deficiencies of the present method and greatly improve the calculation efficiency.
