| 摘 要： | 在分析企业竞争优势理论发展的基础上,提出竞争优势网络理论,并运用波特的企业价值链分析工具详细解析了企业竞争优势的形成和发展演化过程。最后,结合斯伦贝谢的发展演化历程,运用该网络理论进行分析,发现该理论能很好的解释许多大型跨国公司的竞争优势演化规律。

| Abstract: | The analysis of the development of the enterprise competitive advantage theory is presented,the theory of competitive advantage network is put forward and the enterprise value chain is analyzed by the use of tools of the network.Finally,combined with evolution process of schlumberger by using the network theory analysis,we found that the theory can be a very good explains for many large multinational companies’ competitive advantage evolution process. |
