| 摘 要： | 煤矿事故之所以屡禁不止,人为因素是一个很重要的原因,因此加强对于煤矿安全管理中"人因素"的研究具有十分重要的意义。本文是从人为因素引起的不安全生产进行分析,并就减少人为失误提出自己建议。
