| 摘 要： | 本文首先通过对虚拟企业的本质特点与企业联合体之间的联系状况的分析,指出虚拟企业的指代对象是企业联合体而不是其中的某个个体企业。其次,分析了在这一问题上不同观点产生的原因。最后,简要叙述了虚拟企业与个体企业之间的联系。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the essential characters of virtual enterprise,we first come to the conclusion that a virtual enterprise refers to the alliance,not an individual enterprise.We also analyze the reason why there are differences in this question,and illustrate the relation between a virtual enterprise and an individual enterprise. |
