| 摘 要： | 本文以提高高职院校人才培养质量为目标,强调了高职科研的必要性,并在科研特色、内容、方法上以及科研队伍建设上对高职科研工作进行了定位。笔者以我院科研为背景,分析了我院科研工作存在的问题,提出了高职科研工作思路,同时根据科研管理实践提出强化科研管理意识、提升科研管理工作的重要性。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the objective of improving the personnel training quality of vocational colleges,stresses the necessity of vocational scientific research,and conducts positioning on characteristics,content and methods of scientific research as well as its team building.Based on the background of scientific research in Shaanxi Institute of Technology,the existent problems are analyzed,the ideas of vocational scientific research are proposed.Meanwhile,the importance of strengthening the scientific research management awareness and enhancing scientific research management is put forward based on practice of scientific research management. |
