摘    要:近年来反恐、维稳、维和、抢险救灾、维护国家权益等非战争军事行动逐渐增加,为此我们该怎样加强装备应急保障能力建设成为理论研究的热点之一。从非战争军事行动装备应急保障能力影响因素出发,构建了评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法建立了评价模型,并通过实例应用分析,验证了该模型的合理性。

Abstract:In recent years,non-war military operation is gradually increasing,such as,counterterrorism,stability,peacekeeping,emergency disaster,safeguarding national interests,and so on,so how can we strengthen the equipment emergency support capacity construction has become the hot problems of theoretical research.From the influence factors,this paper constructed an evaluation index system,established an evaluation model by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and verified the rationality of the model through through an instance analysis.
