| 摘 要： | 作为＂建立高校公共体育课教学模式理论与实践的研究＂课题的主要内容之一,本文旨在对高校体育教师应具备的综合素质进行探讨。在对高校体育教学和人事制度改革分析的基础上,本文提出了体育教师知识、能力结构体系,为学科建设和师资培养提供了参考依据。
