| 摘 要： | 城市化的均衡态是中国城市化进行过程中的发展方向,对于促进城市化健康、有效发展具有重要作用。通过对＂均衡型城市化＂模式的分析,文章得出中国城市化的＂非均衡＂突显、＂城市病＂的出现以及农村＂空壳化＂问题的显露是＂均衡型城市化＂的现实动因,基于这些动因的分析,文章进一步认为,在城市化进程中以及城市化模式抉择的形势下,实现城市的网络化、寻找最佳城市规模、实行农村＂就地城市化＂和优化产业空间、促进产业升级,已成为我国实现均衡型城市化的现实策略选择。
