| 摘 要： | 资本市场作为一种重要的直接融资手段，其对经济增长的促进作用有目共睹。改革开放以来，广西经济发展迅速，总量不断增长，结构不断优化。然而，广西资本市场对经济增长的促进作用还未发挥其应有的效用，如何挖掘资本市场的潜力，推进广西经济跨越发展，文章对此作了一些探析.
