| 摘 要： | 中小企业是市场经济的重要组成部分,也是推动我国经济发展的主要动力之一。但是由于金融危机的冲击,中小企业融资难的问题日益突出。本文通过对信用担保体系介入中小企业融资的必要性以及我国目前信用担保体系现状的分析,试图对政府如何在中小企业信用体系建设中发挥作用得出一些启发性的结论。
