| 摘 要： | 历史街区是一个城市得天独厚的旅游资源。在发展旅游经济的过程中,应完善发展机制,避免出现保护与开发不合理、旅游产品单一、管理体制不顺、利益冲突等问题。以南宁市中心历史街区为例,在发展现代旅游中应建立健全政府主导全民参与综合保护机制、历史街区旅游复合系统旅游发展经营管理机制、历史街区旅游发展利益共赢的分配协调机制。
