中国—东盟经贸协议的文体特征分析

采用现代文体学理论并结合语用学理论观点,尝试从字位、词汇、句法及语义层面分析研究,得出中国—东盟经贸协议具有以下文体特征:字位方面——用大写来强调该词的重要性,使用的标点符号种类不多,有着自己独特的体例和语篇模式;词汇方面——使用古语词、大词,使用长词、大词,灵活运用法律及经贸专门词汇,规约性情态动词使用较多;句法方面——多用长句,陈述句,时态以一般现在时为主;语义方面——语义表达注重准确,避免歧义。这对理解和翻译中国—东盟全面经济合作框架协议法规体系以及类似的经贸法规很有帮助。

On Stylistic Features of Economic and Trade Agreements between China and ASEAN

Applying the theory of modern stylistics and the view of pragmatics,the stylistic features of Economic and Trade Agreements between China and ASEAN are analyzed from the following levels:graphology——stressing the importance with capital form,using few kinds of puntuation,with unique style and discourse;lexis——using ancient words and big words,flexibly applying specific vocabularies of laws and economy and trade,using many conventional modal verbs;syntax——using long sentences and declarative sentences,and mainly using simple present tense;semantics——laying stress on accurate expression,avoiding various interpretations.The analyses are helpful for better understanding and translating the laws and regulations of China-ASEAN Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement,as well as the documents of other similarities.
