简述知识产权保护在知识经济中的作用

当今 ,知识经济的热潮席卷全球 ,知识越来越成为生产力发展的一个重要要素 ,在世界经济一体化的国际潮流中 ,知识越来越快速地广泛交流 ,知识产权制度在知识经济时代的作用愈显重要。本文试说明什么是知识经济、知识产权保护在知识经济中的作用 ,并简述当前我国知识产权制度应在三个方面予以完善。

The Role of Protecting Intellectual Property Right in Knowledge Economy

Knowledge economy is coming as an objective trend throughout the world. Knowledge has become an important element in the development of productive forces. Under the globalization of world economy, knowledge can be exchanged quickly and knowledge property right plays an increasing important role in knowledge economy. The paper tries to illustrate what knowledge economy is and what role knowledge property right can play in knowledge economy. We should improve knowledge property system in China in three aspects.
