| 摘 要： | 上海作为长江三角洲的龙头,是全国接受外国直接投资最多的城市之一,也是全国人力资本积累水平较高的城市之一。文章通过运用协整检验、脉冲响应函数和Granger因果检验三种方法,对FDI、人力资本与经济增长的关系进行层层论证分析,在计量经济学意义上没有发现上海的FDI和人力资本促进经济增长的证据。文章建议:要充分发挥上海“增长极”的功能,需要对这些经济增长因素进行进一步优化。

| Abstract: | Shanghai is a leading city overall the country,which owns the most FDI and human capital.This paper applies cointegration test,impulse response function and Granger test to analyze the relationship among economic growth,FDI and human capital.However,the result shows no evidence that FDI and human capital promote the economic growth of Shanghai.We believe that optimizing those economic growth factors will further sitimulate Shanghai's "growth pole" function. |
