| Abstract: | In the new era,teaching staff in higher learning institutions have to realize the environment they face in students' ideas and moral values,have a clear picture of the task they have to accomplish,strengthen and improve students' ideas and moral values in higher learning institutions in accordance with the important thought of "three represent" to formulate a frame to cultivate talents with the help of all people and cultivate talents in an all-round way. |
