| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的第三方物流这种新的物流形态已经开始初步发展,越来越多的企业纷纷选择了这种新兴的形态。但黑龙江省的第三方物流发展却严重滞后,第三方物流企业多为传统的物流企业,不是真正意义上的现代物流企业。发展黑龙江省的第三方物流需要政府和企业的共同努力,政府应提供政策上的支持,第三方物流企业应从加强观念、资源、信息等方面的建设入手提高其自身竞争力。
