| 摘 要： | 随着房产改革的发展,在城市房地产火爆的同时,农村住房还停留在计划经济时代。这种状况不利于资源的有效利用,对农村住房进行产权改造意义重大。我们可以将宅基地使用权改造,与以往最大的不同的是改造后的宅基地使用权有年限的规定,而且可以纳入流通的市场。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of the house property reform,the city house estate develops very quickly,but at the same time the rural housing still stays around the ages of the planned economy.This kind of condition goes against the efficient exploitation of the resources.It will be of great importance to carry on rural housing property reform.For that reason we may rebuild the use right of the housing base,the most important difference of which is the time limited and the circulation of the rural houses in the housing market. |
