摘    要:由于食品的信任品特征,生产者和消费者的信息不对称,容易引发食品安全问题。但是食品安全的社会性规制体系可以克服因信息不对称产生的食品安全问题。因此,必须重构我国食品安全的社会性规制体系,防止食品安全问题的发生。

Abstract:Social regulation sys tem can overcome those food securi-ty problems which happen when food has characteristic of confidence and asymmetry of information about the food between producer and buy-ers. But in China, social regula-tion is weak, which leads problems of food security happen with in-creasingly frequency, the govern-ment should reconstruct the food social regulation security.
