| 摘 要： | 城市人才规划具有复杂性特点,应用系统动力学思想和方法来进行城市人才规划,在研究城市人才规划特点及其运用系统动力学的可行性基础上,基于系统动力学的城市人才规划的基本框架,分析城市人才规划系统动力模型的建立的主要过程,为城市人才规划编制提供新的思路和新的技术手段。

| Abstract: | Considering the complexity of the urban talented-person planning,the paper puts forward system dynamics method to this task.After analyzing its characteristics and justifying the feasibility of using system dynamics method,it works out a foundational framework for it.By describing the major modeling process of modelling system dynamics,it provides new way of thinking and new techniques for the compiling of urban talented-person planning. |
