刍论金融企业核心竞争力的内在结构与培育路径

金融企业核心竞争力具有一定的内在结构,其纵向可分解为核心层、亚核心层和表核心层3个层级,横向由若干能力系统构成,彼此组合为结构有序、功能互补的有机整体。目前我国金融企业核心竞争力内在结构较脆弱,整体能力不足。为了改变这种现状,我国金融企业应当加强其内部诸因素的培育,重点是加强深层次核心能力的培育,促进核心竞争力的形成和增强,以应对即将到来的全球化金融竞争。

About internal structure and Foster Route of the Finance company''''s core competence

The core competence of a financial company has a structure in itself. This structure can be vertically described as core layer, subcore layer, and surface core layer. Horizontally, the core competence is comprised of several capability systems, all of these be combined an organic whole which structure is in perfect order and function is complementary each other. Today, the core competence of our domestic financial companies is built on weak internal structures and functions poorly as a whole. To change the current status, our domestic financial companies should iocus on the development of some internal factors, with an emphasis on the deep core ability. This will expedite and strengthen the core competence, to reply with the global finance competition in the near future.
