关于个人福利可度量性的探讨

我国步入全面建设小康社会新的发展阶段。迫切需要有一个能够代表广大人民利益的价值标准来判断我国社会政策选择的合意性。从而保证改革不偏离它既定的为广大人民谋福利的目标。为此，我们只有明确个人福利的可度量性和可比较性。才能在批判吸收西方福利经济学理论的基础上发展社会主义福利经济学。

A Discussion about the Measurability of the Individual Welfare

China is stepping into a new developing stage heading toward a more prospective society, and it is essential to establish a value criteria which can widely represent people's benefits to check the reasonability of the choice in our social policy, so that our reform won't deviate the established goal. We must clarify the measurability and comparability of the Individual Welfare firstly, then we can develop the Welfare Economics of socialism on the basis of criticizing and absorbing the western welfare economic theory.
