| 摘 要： | 商业银行的改革发展已经成为中国经济改革的一大亮点，文章以上市商业银行的信息披露为数据来源，从各个角度对上市商芈银行的竞争力进行比较，以定量分析为主，力图建立一套涵盖监管指标、规模指标、竞争指标和发展指标等在内的比较完整的竞争力评价指标体系。
