农产品质量安全中道德风险产生的原因及对策研究

摘    要:保障食品安全、提高食品质量是保障人类生命安全、提高人类生活质量的重要前提。农产品质量安全中道德风险产生的原因主要是在农产品市场中存在大量不对称信息;农产品生产者和经营者在利益的驱动下,为了获取暴利,欺骗消费者。有效规避农产品质量安全中道德风险要加强农产品质量安全培训,提高生产技术和质量安全意识;加强伦理道德教育,提高生产者的道德意识和社会责任感;构建完善农产品质量安全法律体系,以法保障农产品的质量安全;加强政府监督管理,以严格监管保障农产品的质量安全。

Abstract:Food safety is an important condition for safeguarding life security and improving life quality of human being. Ethical risks in controlling the safety of agricultural products are caused by the asymmetric information in the agricultural product market and by the cheating behavior of agricultural product producers and transactors in pursuing excessive profit. To avoid the ethical risks, the government should invest more in popularizing agricultural product safety to promote technology and food safety awareness. Producers moral sense and social responsibility should be enhanced by ethical and moral education. To protect food safety, a sound legal system should be set up and the government should enhance supervision and management.
