| Abstract: | The government's offside and breach of duty in the economic rules and regulations is a very serious problem in Chinese economic construction.This problem needs to be studied very in earnest.This text mainly study that problem in three aspects : the main expression and reason of lately period government's offside and breach of duty in economic rules and regulations,and the accurate fixed position of the government in economic rules and regulations. |
