| 摘 要： | 高校教师创新能力主要是由教学创新能力和科研创新能力两者复合而成。培养这种能力,教师本身要有创新精神;要注重知识的积累和更新;高校要引入竞争激励机制,调动教师进行创新的积极性,并鼓励教师参加社会实践。

| Abstract: | University teachers' creative ability consists mainly of creative ability in both teaching and scientific research.To cultivate this ability,teachers should foster creative spirit,attach importance to knowledge accumulation and renewing,while university should introduce competitive incentive mechanism,release teachers' initiative of creation and stimulate them to participate in social practice. |
