摘    要:产业集群作为发展区域经济的有效途径,资源利用效率低下已成为制约其发展的一大瓶颈。在集群发展过程中,集群规模过大或过小都将导致资源的过度消耗,从而阻碍产业集群竞争力的提升。如何在保证集群发展的同时降低资源的消耗是我们当前凾待解决的紧迫问题。通过对基于集群规模的资源消耗影响机理分析,以温州低压电器产业集群为例,得出集群规模与资源消耗之间呈现倒N形的曲线特征,说明资源的高效利用只在一个较高的水平才会出现。

Abstract:Industrial cluster is regarded as an effective way of developing the regional economy.And the low efficiency of resources utilization has already become a big bottle-neck which has restricted the industrial cluster’s develop-ment.But in its development the scale of cluster too big or too small will cause the over-consumption of resources which has hindered the promotion of the industrial cluster’ s competitiveness.How to reduce the consumption of re-sources while guaranteeing the development of cluster is the problem urgently to be solved.The article analyzes the mechanism of the influence on the resource consumption based on the scale of cluster and takes the low-voltage electric apparatus industrial cluster in WenZhou as an ex-ample.The article concludes that there appears the upside down N curve characteristic between the scale of industrial cluster and the resources consumption by analyzing the model.It proves that the high efficiency of resources uti-lization will appear only at a higher level.The scale of cluster is the best scale at this moment.Then the counter-measures and suggestions of saving the cluster’s resources are put forward on the base of the research above.
