资源型企业产业成功转型的关键因素

随着不可再生资源的逐渐枯竭和受生态环境保护约束的日益加大,我国越来越多资源型企业面临着如何通过产业转型实现持续发展的挑战。文章在借鉴已有相关研究成果的基础上,结合对相应代表性资源型企业转型实践的实地调研,从三个层面归纳总结出影响资源型企业实施产业转型的关键成功因素,即政府的支持力度、企业所处行业和区域状况、领导的重视程度、技术资金能力,以及制度文化的革新度。

The Key Factors of Transition of Resource-based Enterprises

Along with the gradual depletion of non-renewable resources,and constrained by the growing ecological and environmental protection,China＇s resource-based enterprises are facing more and more of how to achieve sustainable development through industrial restructuring challenges.In this paper,drawing on relevant research has been based on the results,combined with the corresponding representation of resource-based business transformation practice of field research,from the exterior factor,the scene factor and internal factors,summarized in three aspects that affect the resource-exhausted enterprises industrial transformation of critical success factors.This paper studies may provide certain model and the reference to resources depletion enterprise success implementation industry reforming.
