| 摘 要： | 作为经济学重要范畴的外部性主要表现为外部规模经济、外部范围经济和聚集经济.地方化经济和城市化经济是聚集经济的主要形式,它们具有不同的产业集群效应.城市化水平越高,其城市内部的产业集群的发展也越依赖于城市化经济而非地方化经济.中国的产业集群只有扎根于城市化的肥沃土壤,才能实现更深、更广泛的发展.

| Abstract: | Exterior is a important category of economics. It expresses for exterior scale economy, exterior scope economy and agglomeration economy. localization economy and urbanization economy are main forms of agglomeration economy, they have the different effect of industry cluster. The more high of the urbanization is, the industry cluster is more depend on urban economy. Chinese industry cluster only being radicate in land of urbanization then can develop betterly. |
