| 摘 要： | 货币经济理论的产生和发展是与社会生产力的发展阶段相适应的,总量性货币政策充分发挥作用必须具备适当的条件。中国社会生产力不平衡结构的特点,决定了货币政策在我国现有条件下应该发挥一定的结构性调整作用。SVAR模型的实证结果表明,我国货币政策区域效应显著,运用结构性货币政策在我国是必要的。

| Abstract: | The formation and development of economical and monetary theories should adapt to the development stage of social productivity.It requires some essential conditions to bring the effect of aggregate monetary policies into full play.It is the characteristic of imbalanced productive structure that determine the necessity that the monetary policy should exert certain function to adjust the structure of economy.SVAR model shows that there is obviously regional effect of monetary policy in China and it is necessary to apply structural monetary policy. |
