洗煤厂离心机的故障分析与排除

Fault Analysis and Exclusion of Centrifuge in Coal Preparation Plant

Generally speaking,the centrifuge used in coal preparation plant is a kind of dehydration equipment with high efficiency.However,in the actual work,the centrifuge will produce large noise pollution,and the fault is very easy to appear in the centrifuge.In order to effectively exclude the fault,this paper analyzes three types of centrifuges,carefully analyzes their working principles.This paper puts forward specific fault exclusion methods,so as to reduce the overall operation and maintenance costs of the centrifuge.
