Discussion on the Problems and Suggestions for the Special Examination of Personnel Archives in Public Institutions

With the improvement of the requirements of running the party strictly in China,in the specific work process,in order to better implement the requirements of running the party strictly,we mainly carry out the management work centred on the personnel cadres of the vast number of institutions.Therefore,we need to pay more attention to the special audit work for the personnel archives of institutions,and improve the efficiency and quality of the audit work.Based on this,the paper analyzes the problems encountered in the special audit of cadre personnel archives in public institutions and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
