核心素养视域下高校体育教师教学行为优化策略研究

摘    要:行为是通过大脑中的思想来支配构成的。而教学行为就是老师在同学们学习期间,受到自己思想支配表达出的言行、举止和情绪等。老师在体育课上进行教学时,作为整个课堂的主导力量,老师展现出的教学行为能够直接映射出其教学的观念和教学的实力。另外,老师的课堂教学行为决定着能不能有效完成教学的目标,也决定着教学成果的好坏。在核心素养教育观念不断普及之下,对高校体育老师教学行为策略进行提升和完善拥有非常关键的作用。

Abstract:Behavior is dominated by thoughts in the brain.The teaching behavior is the teacher's words and deeds,behaviors and emotions that expressed by his own thoughts during the study period of his classmates.When teacher is teaching in physical education classes,as the dominant force in the whole class,the teaching behaviors of whom can directly reflect their teaching concepts and teaching strengths.In addition,the teacher's classroom teaching behavior determines whether the teaching goal can be effectively completed,and also determines the quality of teaching results.With the popularity of core literacy education concepts,it is very important to improve and perfect the teaching behavior strategies of college physical education teachers.
