"一带一路"倡议提出6年多来,吸引了越来越多的企业主动参与,掀起了对外直接投资的热潮,取得了丰硕成果。然而,"一带一路"沿线投资环境复杂,部分项目也受到了一定损失。本文在归纳概括"一带一路"项目建设财务风险类别和特点的基础上,深入分析其成因,从防控建设原则、防控机制构建等方面提出意见建议,以期为推动"一带一路"项目建设向高质量、高标准、高水平方向迈进提供参考。

Research on the Financial Risks of the Belt and Road Project Construction and the Construction of Its Prevention and Control Mechanism

Since the Belt and Road initiative was proposed in the past six years,it has attracted more and more companies to take the initiative to participate,setting off a wave of foreign direct investment and achieving fruitful results.However,the investment environment along the Belt and Road is complicated,and some projects have suffered certain losses.On the basis of summarizing the financial risk categories and characteristics of the construction of the Belt and Road project,this article analyzes its causes in depth,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of prevention and control construction principles and prevention and control mechanism construction,with a view to providing a reference for promoting the construction of the Belt and Road project to the direction of high quality,high standards and high levels.
