Abstract:This paper analyzes the effective role of the incentive in human resources management,combined with the influencing factors of the incentive role of compensation and benefits,obtains effective application measures,and comprehensively expounds the importance of the incentive of compensation and benefits in human resources management of state-owned enterprises.
