工匠精神培育导向下的高职学生职业素养教育研究

随着我国新型素质教育与新课改的不断推进,高职学生职业素质教育受到越来越多的关注。就目前而言,我国的高职学生职业素质教育体系缺乏“工匠精神”的指导,并因此引发一系列急需解决的问题,论文将重点论述工匠精神培育指导下的高职学生职业素质教育,为未来高职素质教育发展提供参考。

With the continuous advancement of new quality education and new curriculum reform in China,the vocational quality education of higher vocational students has received more and more attention.For the moment,the vocational quality education system of higher vocational students in our country lacks the spirit of"artisan craftsmanship",and it has led to a series of problems that need to be solved urgently.This article will mainly expounds the vocational quality education of higher vocational students under the guidance of the craftsmanship spirit,and provide reference for the future development of higher vocational quality education.
