装配式结构施工房建项目成本管控探析

建筑行业迅速发展过程中,房屋建筑工程项目不断增多,而装配式结构施工技术是在施工现场直接组装,作为一种新型施工方式具有诸多优势,但必须做好成本管控工作。论文首先对装配式建筑施工进行简单概述,然后分析装配式结构成本高的原因,最后提出有效的成本管控措施。

Cost Control Analysis of Prefabricated Structure Construction in Housing Construction Project

With the rapid development of the construction industry,the number of housing construction projects is increasing,while the prefabricated structure construction technology is directly assembled in the construction site,which has many advantages as a new construction method,but the cost control work must be done well.This paper firstly gives a brief overview of the construction of prefabricated buildings,then analyzes the causes of the high cost of prefabricated structure,and finally puts forward some effective cost control measures.
