| 摘 要： | 目前，随着“一法两规”的颁布实施，信托业正处于一个相对较好的发展时期。从行业发展的实践与规律来看，必须树立可持续发展的观念，认识并发展行业的比较优势。确立科学的市场功能定位，创造适应经济发展的信托市场与有效的信托产品供给，并建立完善的分层次的法规体系。
