天津港口的定位与发展对策研究

在中国刚刚加入世界贸易组织，经济发展以更大的开放度走向世界之时，港口是天津实现新世纪战略目标的最大优势。面对世界经济全球化、亚太地区经济高速增长的形势和环渤海地区港口发展的严峻挑战，天津应该把握好发展机遇，强化港口在城市发展中的龙头地位，树立大港口观念，建立港口产业园区，加大港口设施的建设力度，向现代化国际大港迈进。

In the background of China obtaining the membership from World Trade Organization(WTO),the economy development with the faster speed faces to the world.The harbor is the greatest advantage for Tianjin to realize the grandiose strategic goal in the new century.Facing with the integration of the world economy and the high rate of the Asia and the Pacific area's economy increasing,also the severe challenge of berth developing of surrounding the district of Bohai,we should improve and enforce the position of Tianjin harbor in the Tianjin city evolution.Erect the large harbor conception,build up the harbor industrial area.Do it with more strenth and stride toward becoming an international well-known harbor.
