| 摘 要： | 单中心的政府补偿这一现行生态补偿机制存在缺少横向转移支付、缺乏稳定性和补偿标准偏低等问题。生态补偿机制的实现形式包括政府机制、市场机制和自主机制。多中心主体和相应机制可以对单中心的政府补偿机制的缺陷进行修复,成为中国构建新型生态补偿机制的一种理性选择。
