摘    要:文章深入分析了企业文化正能量不能得到充分发挥的原因,并就如何发挥企业文化正能量提出4点设想:增强企业文化内容科学性,夯实正能量发挥的理论前提;增强企业文化教育针对性,打牢正能量发挥的思想根基;增强企业文化贯彻强制性,强化正能量发挥的制度保证;增强企业文化运用导向性,放大正能量发挥的实际效果。

Research on the positive energy in enterprise culture

Abstract:This thesis makes a deep analysis of the reasons for the inadequate application of the positive energy in enterprise culture.Meanwhile,for proper application of the positive energy in enterprise culture,suggestions are as follows:to lay a sound theoretical basis for application of the positive energy with more scientific contents in enterprise culture;to make the enterprise culture more pertinent to cultivation;to lay a solid ideological foundation for application of the positive energy;to make the application of the positive energy more effective by strengthening enterprise culture’s lead function.
