| 摘 要： | 文章论述了制度与经济增长的关系,指出制度是经济增长的决定因素,也是经济增长的内生变量;分析了制度的规范约束、有效激励、以及明确产权、降低交易成本的内在功能与效应;提出制度创新是经济增长的关键,并对制度创新的内容与方式进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses the relationship between economy growth and economic system.By analyzing the internal functions and effects of the definiteness of property right and the reduction of business costs,it points out that economic system is the decisive factor and endogerous variable,and that the decisive factor of economy growth is reformation of institution.It also probes into the contents and the ways of reformation in economic system. |
