| 摘 要： | 根据政府对药店的规制程度，选取欧盟6个成员国国家，政府规制宽松的国家，以爱尔兰、荷兰、挪威为代表；政府规制严格的国家，以奥地利、芬兰、西班牙为代表。以药店所有者的身份、药店开办位置的限制、药店所有者开办药店的数量、药店员工的组成为指标，比较六国药店的开办制度。探讨政府规制对促进药店专业化服务，提高药品可及性的影响。

| Abstract: | According to the degree of government regulation of pharmacy, selecting the six members of the European Union, Government deregulate states, represented by Ireland,the Netherlands and Norway; Government regulate states, represented by Austria,Finland and Spain.To pharmacy ownership, location of＂ pharmacy, number of＂ stores per pharmacy owner and pharmacy staff as indicators, we compare the six countries＇ the start-up system for pharmacy. We discuss government regulation on promoting of pharmacy professional services and improving the accessibility of medicine. |
