The computation of quantity-constrained equilibria by virtual taxes

Abstract:A method to compute Drèze equilibria is derived by defining virtual-tax equilibria, giving a constructional proof of the existence of such equilibria and showing the equivalence with Drèze equilibria. Some numerical examples conclude the paper.
