Research on Knowledge Chain of Enterprise Based on Knowledge Phase Portrait

With the coming of the knowledge economy society,the knowledge chain has been a key for the development of enterprise.Based on the theory of system,this paper focuses on the knowledge chain of enterprise and puts forward the conception of the knowledge phase portrait.According to the core competitive advantage of enterprise,the knowledge chain includes the contribution,the diffusion,the circulation,the learning and the storage of knowledge which work together.It is an integrative process of knowledge management and the capital of intelligence in enterprise incomes continually.
