| 摘 要： | 传统的高新区主导产业选择基准侧重于产业成长性,而对产业运营效率关注得较少。根据产业运行的DEA有效基准来选择主导产业,就是根据在产业运行中的效率指标值相对"有效生产前沿面"的位置,来判断是否实现DEA有效,进而决定能否成为"有效生产前沿面"中的主导产业。本文将DEA模型引入株洲高新区主导产业选择中,科学地选择现阶段株洲高新区的主导产业,为株洲高新区战略规划提供参考。

| Abstract: | The traditional DEA criterion always may pay more attention on the development of industrial.but pay less attention on the operation efficiency.According to the DEA criterion to choose leading industry.it firstly needs synthesize all efficiency abilities which are contained in the industry operation process into an observable index.then uses this index to judge whether a industry realized DEA-efficiency by the distance to reach "the effective production frontier".and finally decides whether it can be chosen as a leading industry. |
