| 摘 要： | 混业经营巳成为国际金融市场的主流。在我国加入WTO的前提下，我国的金融机构将和实行混业经营或没有法律界定其经营范围的外资金融机构展开激烈竞争。本文对我国商业银行实行混业经营问题进行了分析，提出实行混业经营的障碍因素与基本条件。

| Abstract: | Integrative management has become the mainstream in the world financial market. China's financial institutions would compete with foreign financial institutions drastically which carry out diversification business activities or have no regulation to confine their business scope after joining the WTO. This text analyses the question of Chinese commercial bank practicing integrative management and puts forward the obstacle factors and primary conditions. |
