| Abstract: | The background of the development of low-carbon economy in China is introduced in this paper, as well as the aim of government＇s energy saving and emission reduction policy. It＇s also indicated in this paper how to develop low-carbon economy in China. Many points of view are adopted to clarify the reason why low-carbon economy has so great influence on the petroleum industry together with its degree and how to face the big pressure. |
